Jace in the beginning (and throughout the recording) your recording has a lot of outside noise that is really distracting (it sounds like you are typing). It makes it hard to understand you because the noise overtakes your voice. It makes it hard to focus on what you are saying as well. Besides that, I think that your pronunciation for the most part is strong. One more piece of advice, say your numbers and acronyms in Spanish and not in English.
